My Plan in a Nutshell
Daily supplements:
I try and look for the best deals. Meijer usually has supplements buy one/ get one free. I also look for the 25% off deal at Swanson's. Vitamin Shoppe, Lucky's , and VitaCost are other good places to find most of these supplements.
Most of what I take is for my RA and general inflammation, but it helps my Sjogren's as well.
Three most helpful for Sjogren's:
Magnesium (Malate work best for me. I use Source naturals 3750 mg tablets. The capsules don't seem to be as effective.)
CBD Oil (Medterra Ultra-Broad Spectrum 1000 mg. I have coupon codes if you choose this brand. I found the broad spectrum works MUCH better than the isolate for me. However, if you have histamine intolerance, you may want to go with an isolate instead)
Evening Primrose Oil (Zhao - 2 per day - It's difficult to take, so I let it soften in my mouth or put it in coconut oil to keep from choking)
Other supplements for RA, Sjogrens, and anemia
Okra Pepsin (Standard Process 1 after each meal to digest proteins)
Ginger (Nature's Bounty 1,100 mg 3 per day with meals)
Turmeric (Leefy Organics Liquid Prana - once per day sublingually - I can't take turmeric any other way as it bothers my stomach)
Vitamin K2 D3 (Zhou Gummies - 1 per day, earlier in the day)
Life Extension MacuGuard Ocular Support with Saffron & Astaxanthin (1 per day)
Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B Complex (1every other day)
Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw One Multivitamin for Women (1 every other day)
Iron (Vitamin Shoppe 25 mg. 1 per day)
Spirulina Powder (Nutrex Hawaiian)
Gastrex (Standard Process - 2 before each meal with a full glass of water)
Betacol (Standard Process - two per day)
Immuplex (Standard Process - one per day)
Cod Liver Oil (Garden of Life - 2t)
Olive Oil (Aldi's Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2T mixed with my spirulina powder and water)
Flax Seed Oil (1-2T Barleans w/lignans use a stick blender and mix with cottage cheese. Add a little vanilla and cinnamon to make it taste like cheesecake. It didn't help me when I just mixed the oil and cottage cheese by hand. Read Budwig protocol info. for the science behind this one)
Coconut Oil (3 T per day. I make chocolate with it, put it in kefir, top some granola, etc)
Other important therapies:
Prayer - I offer up my pain and unite my sufferings with Christ's to intercede others and for the salvation of souls. See the websites below if you are unfamiliar with "offering it up".

Kimkoo Moist Heat Eye Compress (LOVE THIS!! - found on Amazon)
Ziena Prescription Glasses with silicone eye shields (https://www.zienaeyewear.com/)
Quartz Silicone Shield sleeping googles (https://dryeyeshop.com/collections/onyix-quartz-eyeseals/products/quartz-silicone-shield)
Oil pulling and frequent brushing to help with cavities (I avoid fluoride and often make my own toothpaste with coconut oil, peppermint oil, bentonite clay, and baking soda.) I brush after every meal and specifically when I drink kombucha.
*I wear a good pair of swim goggles when I cook, clean, or know I'm going to be around dust or sand.
*I avoid all toxins and make my own cleaning supplies and laundry detergent from natural ingredients.
*I avoid all dust. I even use cheap toilet paper because the good stuff makes a lot of dust when you pull it off the roll.
*I drink spring water from a reputable source. We have the 5 gallon jugs delivered. I found that distilled water or overly filtered water (such as from a Berkey) aggravated my Sjogren's symptoms. I seem to need the trace minerals from the spring water.
* I exercise daily (walking, Pietra Fitness, steps, Foundation Training, etc.)
Diet:
I started with the GAPS diet and then made changes to meet my needs. I also use Weston Price ideas. I try and eat organic when possible. I avoid all gluten and processed seed oils. I just use butter, lard, olive oil, and coconut oil to cook. I avoid processed food and don't eat anything with artificial colors or flavors. I rarely eat sugar. I drink local unpasteurized milk and eat free-range meats when possible. I make my own kefir and kombucha. I try to eat only food that my grandma could have had as a child.
