One of the best things I've discovered to help my eyes is Zienna glasses.  They have a silicone eye shield that holds in moisture and protects my eyes from air and dust.  I found them in Columbus at Perimeter West Eyecare.  They took some getting used to, but now I couldn't make it through the day without them.

  Recently went to a biologic dentist because of my ongoing dental issues (cavities, gum recession, etc.) due to my Sjogren's.  He feels that most of my issues are caused or exacerbated by my mouth breathing.  I've tried to break this habit since I was a kid without success.  This week I've watched videos and read a lot on the Buteyko breathing method .  I've found mouth taping to be extremely helpful.  My mouth is no longer constantly dry and my eyes have more tears as well!!

 Magnesium is another supplement that made a tremendous improvement in my eyes.  I've tried several different types, and found Magnesium Malate tablets work best for me (Source Naturals, 3750 mg.). I tried the capsules, but crashed within a few days.  Tried again to make sure it wasn't a coincidence, and got the same result.  Dr. Carolyn Dean has a lot of great info on magnesium in her book,  The Magnesium Miracle
